PROJECT EXAMPLES
It's difficult to offer a decent representation of the detailed work
that goes into a photo restoration but you can get some idea of the
projects we've worked on by clicking on the following links...

EXPLANATION There is
sometimes some confusion over what takes place with restorations so
please let us explain. The original image, usually an old photograph,
is copied into the computer. The copy in the computer gets restoration
work done to it and the file is then sent out to be printed by a
professional development lab. The original photograph
is returned to the customer without any changes made to it at all.
Costs
vary from project to project
and we need
to see the original to make an estimate, but generally for the graphic
work one should expect to pay $30 for minor touchups, $60 to fix
wrinkles/tears or some fading and $100+ for heavily soiled or damaged
images. Printing is extra and is subject to our sheet prices.
Images
that have details missing can sometimes be
recreated, and images that are badly faded can often be milked back to
a reasonable state, though this can be expensive and difficult to
estimate a cost for.
